Services Included in the Enhanced Bundle:
Interior + Exterior Photography
Between 30-60 ground interior and exterior images are included. We do not limit our photos so you will receive all photos from the photoshoot professionally edited within a 24-hour turnaround time.
Drone/Aerial Photography
You will receive 8-10 drone/aerial images that will cover all angles of the property as well as nearby amenities. Drone video will also be captured to use in the Cinematic Video Walkthrough.
Cinematic Video Walkthrough
A cinematic video tour is a great way to showcase a property. This video walkthrough includes professional video editing with music and will be approximately 1.5-2.5 minutes in length. Agent video tours can also be included upon request.
Twilight Photography
If you want your listing to stand out, Twilight Photography is the way to do it. Included in this package, you will received 1-2 twilight images. A drone twilight image can also be requested.
Drone Spotlight
A Drone Spotlight image is a great way of focusing on a specific property from the air while also being able to see what is nearby. You will receive 1 Drone Spotlight image to use in your listing.
Custom Property Website
We will build a custom property page via TriadListing.com that will display the property details, video tour, and unlimited images so you can easily share the property with your audience.
